Experience a therapeutic and unique personal journey as you allow the sound and vibrations of gongs and other instruments to wash over you. A Gong Bath can bring about states of deep relaxation as your mind and body absorb the healing frequencies surrounding you, which in turn enables your body and cells to rebalance and realign.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring along what you can to ensure that you can lie comfortably on the floor for about an hour: yoga or padded mat (we can provide a mat if you don’t have one), sleeping bag, duvet, pillow and cosy blankets to snuggle up in to ensure warmth. If you’re unable to lie on the floor, a reclining chair or sunbed are good alternatives – plus all the extras to keep you warm and comfortable. Also bring water to drink if needed.
