Fitness classes for over 50’s or those with long term health conditions
Classes run on a Thursday morning from 10.30-11.15 here at The Pump House Project. Led by the lovely Dot and for over 60’s or those with long term health conditions this class is designed for those with mobility or balance issues or those that just want to keep fit without overdoing it!
There is a fee to pay but this is a drop in so if you are interested in seeing what it entails please do drop in and watch or take part!
